STEVE AND BETHENNY TRY TO CONVINCE A WOMAN TO "JUMP" INTO A BAKING CAREER. PLUS, LOSE 30 POUNDS BY THE HOLIDAYS WITH A.D. DOLPHIN FROM DHERBS.

"Jump Week" continues! All week, Steve is celebrating his favorite moguls who have taken huge risks to pursue their gifts and follow their dreams. They're sharing their stories so that others can learn how to make their own jump. As is chronicled in his new book, "Jump," Steve has had to jump many times and says it can make you feel vulnerable and uncomfortable, but if you want to reach your potential, sometimes you really have no choice. Today's "Jump" mogul worked incredibly hard to become a household name. BETHENNY FRANKEL didn't start out at the top, and surely had her fair share of ups and downs along the way to amassing a $25-million empire.

Tune-in to hear Bethenny's story from the beginning, as a child of a broken home who had to hustle every step of the way while chasing her dreams. She first became known to the public in the 2005 edition of "The Apprentice," which was hosted by Martha Stewart. Her next foray into reality television is what really launched her into stardom - BRAVO's "The Real Housewives of New York." She's now parlayed that fame into the very successful Skinny Girl brand, which sells everything from cocktails to salad dressings! In between all of her successes though, were high-profile mis-steps, from which Bethenny says she learned valuable lessons. Together, Bethenny and Steve will counsel KIMBERLY, a woman who's been considering leaving her steady job of 15 years to pursue her dream of baking and decorating 3-D cakes for a living. Steve and Bethenny will be joined by LORRAINE PASCALE, a host and judge on the Food Network, and together, they will try to encourage Kimberly to make the jump. Will they succeed? Plus, Steve welcomes SUSAN, who wants to shed 30 pounds before she heads home for Christmas and goes to her college reunion. Not only does she want to get back to looking and feeling good, she wants to find herself a good man! Steve's friend A.D. DOLPHIN, creator of the DHerbs Full Body Cleanse, joins the conversation, with a plan for Susan to help her make all of her holiday goals!
