Voting Rights Act to be challenged in Supreme Court

buzzz worthy. . .

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a challenge to the landmark Voting Rights Act (VRA) of 1965. The VRA was instituted to make discrimination tactics against minorities (blacks in particular)  illegal. The VRA was renewed in 2006.
