George Zimmerman is in a Seminole County Florida jail facing aggravated assault and domestic battery charges. He was arrested after Samantha Scheibe, his girlfriend, contacted authorities claiming Zimmerman had cocked and pointed a gun at her during an argument, damaged her furniture, pushed her out of the home and barricaded the door. "He has a freakin' gun and is breaking all my stuff right now," Scheibe said on the 911 tape. Deputies say Zimmerman cooperated when they arrived. Scheibe, gave deputies a key to get inside. Firearms were found inside.

Zimmerman told 911 a completely different story. The "Orlando Sentinel" reports Zimmerman told the dispatcher they were arguing because Scheibe was pregnant and had decided to raise the child on her own. He said he began packing but Scheibe "went crazy on me" he said.
This time police did not buy his story."She just started smashing stuff, taking stuff that belonged to me," he said.
Zimmerman, 30, has had several run ins with he law in the 3 months following his acquittal for the killing of Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman was stopped for speeding multiple times and arrested for a confrontation with his estranaged wife Shelly. He will appear in court tomorrow afternoon.
