NEW YORK - NY - April 30, 2014 -- Winner of the fourth season of NBC-TV'sThe Apprentice business-oriented reality competition, Dr. Randal Pinkett continues to make significant inroads within the corporate arena.  As co-founder, Chairman and CEO of the multimillion dollar management consulting and IT solutions firm, New Jersey-based BCT Partners, Pinkett will spearhead an Entrepreneurial Empowerment Session on Saturday, May 3,2014 from 9:00 am to 12 noon at Rutgers University, Busch Campus Center, 604 Bartholomew Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
Sponsored by Abundant Life Family Worship Church and the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, the event, designed particularly for established and aspiring business owners, will feature a roundtable discussion with Dr. Pinkett and the founding members of BCT Partners (Dallas Grundy, Lawrence Hibbert and Dr. Jeffrey Robinson), as well as breakout sessions regarding goal setting, strategy and execution.  The four BCT Partners founders, former classmates at the host venue of Rutgers University, will talk about their beginnings in business and the evolution of BCT since its creation in 2001.


The session will also include the announcement of BCT Partners' merger with Lynx Technology Partners, Inc., one of New York's fastest growing IT consulting companies.  This combination portends to create a powerhouse management consulting, information technology and information security firm, blending the best and brightest talents and resources from each of these minority-owned companies, affording their customers and employees the benefit derived from a combined 15 years of business expertise and groundbreaking successes.  The merged organization will be named BCT Partners LLC, and for the second half of the session, the BCT founders will be joined by the founder of Lynx Technology Partners, Inc., Aric Perminter, to discuss the significance of the merger and their planned future.  The session will conclude with a networking period, to give attendees an opportunity to meet and mingle with the panel participants.
