This event is an opportunity to experience the "runway the fun way" and possibly be recruited by  Outerstuff for future work.  All models will be provided sports apparel representing teams in the area to keep. New York City photographer, Nathan Blaney will shoot individual and group photos of the models.

Complete with hair styling and make-up this team of pros is prepared to deliver a slice of the New York fashion experience to  the Shenandoah Valley.

"We want to bring the opportunities of New York to the suburbs of VA to give the kids who don't have modeling opportunities in their area a chance," Fitzgerald stated about the goal of the event.
Fitzgerald, a former model-turned-momager, has been putting children in the spotlight for over 20 years and scouting new talent at her signature events.  Some might also call her a "fashion fairy"  as through her platform she has  granted wishes and met the needs of  children and families both stateside and abroad with her crew of miniature models working with the One Kid Can Change the World campaign and donating coats to Polish orphans.

The modeling dreams of two Virginia sisters recently came true with her help.
Last Fall Aria Austin, 15, of Bristow, VA landed her first print modeling job with  Outerstuff for an NFL spread.  Fitzgerald discovered Austin, a national talent winner, in the sister pageant organization, East Coast USA, which is directed by her business partner Lauren Handler. The preliminary pageant will also take place on the same day at the same venue.
Amber Austin, 8, was scouted at the premiere bi-annual children's fashion event East Coast Starz "Take 7," where competitive models joined teams named after global fashion destinations to win a trip around New York City in a pink Hummer limousine. Amber was featured in  a catalog spread for Les Tout Petite, a high end fashion line for girls that is the label of choice for many celeb kids.

A mother of five of Fitzgerald's children have also  taken part in entertainment in various capacities.  Her daughter Paige Fitzgerald has modeled for Vogue Bambini and numerous other brands and  was recently seen by millions on an episode of NBC's Saturday Night Live.
"I am looking forward to coming to Virginia.  I know there is a lot of great talent there and look forward to working with everyone!," said Fitzgerald.
