S.C. SHOOTING WITNESS COMES FORTH, FEARS FOR HIS LIFE
buzzz worthy. . .
Feidin Santana, a 23-year-old a native of the Dominican Republic, told MSNBC's Craig Melvin in an exclusive interview that he looked up to America before witnessing a police kill an unarmed Black man in an open field in North Charleston, South Carolina. Santanta said he considered deleting the video he shot of the officer involved murder of Walter Scott, but put himself in the family's shoes. Feidin witnessed and recorded the entire episode of Scott being tasered and fatally shot 4 times in the back and 1 time in the ear in North Charleston. Feidin said he initially was hesitant to report the crime for fear of his own life. His video was used as evidence in the murder charge of Michael Slager. The death of Scott is the latest in string of high profile cases where police has gunnned down Black men in cold blood. What started out as a traffic stop for busted tail light eneded in death, but Santana says the incident report is inaccurate. MSNBC has the interview, http://www.msnbc.com/
