In the aftermath of the South Carolina church massacre, Charleston native Desmond Pringle has penned a prayer, "Get Us Through." a heartfelt ballad that expresses the shock an pain most Americans feel over the senseless litany that claimed 9 innocent lives at Mother Emmanuel AME Church. For Pringle, the devastation literally hit close to home. He lived a half a mile away from Mother Emanuel, sang and worshiped there. As he seeks healing from the senseless acts, the new single simply pleads to heaven, "Lord Get Us Through."
