Haley is expected to announce the flag will be placed in a museum during a live press conference scheduled to air on CNN today at 4:00 p.m. ET today. Republican senator Linsay Grahm is expected to join Haley at the press conference in support of her decision, though in years past he noted the "is part of who we are." Democratic senator Clementa Pickney, who was also the pastor or Mother Emanuel AME, was also a shooting victim.
