Rev. Majed El Shafie
(New York, NY) -- Human rights leader Rev. Majed El Shafie, President and Founder of One Free World International (OFWI), will appear with host Oliver North on FOX News Channels War Stories: Fighting ISIS airing this weekend at the following times (ET):

Fri, Mar 25 - 10pm, 1am
Sat, Mar 26 - 5pm, 12am
Sun, Mar 27 - 3pm, 11pm

As Europe reels from the coordinated bombing attacks by terrorists in Belgium, the civilized world continues to face the real challenges of fighting Islamic extremism, whether it be on a battlefield or hiding and festering in a family neighborhood.

Here in America, with investigations ongoing into ISIS in all 50 states, this new episode of "War Stories" goes deep inside the confrontation between moderate Muslims and the Islamic State's extremist ideology.

In an exclusive sit down interview with Oliver North, El Shafie shares firsthand stories of the horrific human rights abuses happening throughout the Middle East, and talks about OFWIs mission to rescue victims of ISIS in Iraq and Syria through an elaborate modern-day underground railroad.

As a voice for the voiceless, OFWI has launched an online petition calling for a stronger global response to combat ISIS and rescue Yazidi and Christian minorities in Iraq & Syria. Over 3,400 Yazidi girls and women are presently being bought, sold, and used as ISIS sex slaves. In the past 18 months, OFWI has been able to help rescue over 300 girls and women from ISIS deadly grip. The online petition is available at http://www.onefreeworldinternational.org/help-save-yazidi-christian-minorities-in-iraq-and-syria/.

El Shafie has a unique voice, having once been arrested, tortured, and sentenced to die in Egypt for defending human rights and fighting for freedom of religion and the rights of minorities. He regularly testifies before the U.S. Congress and the Canadian Parliament and Senate, and he's a frequent guest on news outlets worldwide.

U.S. Murder Offenders by Race: 2023 FBI Data

Data on murders (homicides) committed by race in the United States primarily comes from the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program, which relies on reports from law enforcement agencies. The most recent detailed breakdown available is for 2023, but due to the FBI's transition to a new reporting system (NIBRS), not all agencies submitted complete data—only about 70-80% of the population was covered, so totals are undercounts. These figures represent known offenders (where race was identified), not arrests or convictions, and include single-offender and multi-offender incidents. In 2023, there were approximately 15,708 known murder offenders with identified race. Here's the breakdown: Race Number of Offenders Percentage of Known Offenders Rate per 100,000 Population White 8,842 56.3% 3.51 Black or African American 6,405 40.8% 14.00 Other (American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) 461 2.9% 1.31 Notes on the...
