Kat Williams arrested for striking a store clerk
buzzz worthy. . .
Comedian Kat Williams was arrested on battery charges at the end of February. The funny man allegedly struck a clerk at a pool supply store in Gainesville, GA.
In the days following the arrest Williams released a video stating he reacted on behalf of his race.
"I did what any self respecting man should do," Williams later said in a video he posted about the incident, in which he also challenged Kevin Hart to a comedy battle.
When police arrived, reportedly Williams was already on the ground with his hands behind his back prepared for the arrest. He was released on $5000 bail.
On the following weekend Williams was caught on tape swinging at another man and got stomped in Philly at a concert. Days later the Friday After Next star was jailed in Georgia again for jumping his body guard of all people. This back-to-back erratic behavior caused many to speculate that he is on drugs.
