Kari Jobe praises progress at the white House

The White House  invited  members if the faith community for a “faith briefing” organized by Pres. Trump spiritual adviser, Paula White on Monday.

Last November, according to the Christian News Service, spontaneous worship erupted at the gathering where several Christian artists were in attendance such as Tauren Wells and the Newsboys.

This time, CCM duo Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes were brief on various. Programs the administration is leading. They shared their  experience in a video the  White House tweeted.  They Prayed for  President Donald Trump In the Oval Office, which has become a common occurrence from people of faith.
“We got to listen to a lot of the faith briefing of things that are going on in the White House,” Jobe says in the video. “The thing that moved me the most is how everyone is so for making sure we’re changing people’s lives and not leaving those that are marginalized and those that have been trafficked.”

Alabama Pastor Shot and Killed in Domestic Incident

Pastor Da’Quarius Green , a 31-year-old leader of Elba Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Alabama, was shot on Dec. 23, 2025 and died several days later in the hospital after a domestic dispute at his home in Level Plains . Authorities have described the shooting as a “domestic incident” involving his wife,  𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐲. Local news station WTVY reported "c ourt records show that Green was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence charges 3 times in Houston County last year, with each of those cases dismissed.
