That's how Nancy Pelosi characterized Trump's State of the Union Address moments after ripping up the transcript of his speech.

Let's talk about the pink elephant that was in the House Chamber on Tuesday night . . .

There stood an impeached president delivering the State of the Union Address as if he was not impeached. Pres. Donald Trump added to the tangible bi-partisan tension that ballooned in the room as he rolled off a crop of misleading statements about his record, boasting as if no other president existed before him. The president showed no humility whatsoever.

Needless to say, under the circumstances, Trump's performance did not bode well with House Democrats.

From start to finish, the State of the Union Address couldn't have been more divisive.

Pres. Donald Trump didn't shake House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's extended hand before he started.

Pelosi ripped up a copy of the speech Trump delivered when he finished and tossed it aside.

Madam Speaker later admitted he "shredded the truth" so she shredded his speech.

A bitter reflection of the partisan gridlock in Washington, Democrats sat grimacing as Republicans stood cheering.

Pelosi was visibly disturbed throughout the speech as the president conflated his and his Administration's efforts. She mouthed inaudible comments to herself at times and would look in the direction of her caucus appearing to say things to keep them in order.

Despite the stain of impeachment, the POTUS says he did noting wrong on the Ukraine phone call that spurred the House of Representatives to impeach him and was perhaps emboldened by the expected acquittal by the Senate majority on Wednesday that would bring what he calls a "witch hunt" to an end.

One of the biggest whoppers he told was on healthcare.
"I will protect pre-existing conditions. . ." They're plan is 60% cheaper he added.


Seated behind the POTUS next to the VPOTUS, Pelosi just shook her head, knowing . Obamacare, in fact, is currently in litigation.

Viewers need only follow the trend lines over the last decade for the facts. Pres. Trump claimed credit for many things that began to improve under the Obama Administration such as the blue collar economic boom, the production of oil (through fracking), black unemployment, and the reduction of welfare.
