What to expect from the first Trump vs. Biden debate
Following months of campaigning, U.S. presidential candidates will finally be "in the ring" facing off in their first debate tonight. The incumbant President Donald Trump meets challenger Joe Biden on all major television networks at 9 p.m. EST.
Held on the campus of Chase Western University and Cleveland Clinic, a select audience will attend. Here are the topics Moderator Chris Wallace, host of FOX News Sunday will address during their first debate:
- Trump and Biden records
- The Supreme Court
- COVID-19
- The economy
- Race and violence in our cities
- Election integrity
The debate will be broken down into six 15-minute segments totaling 90 minutes.
Their running mates will debate a week later. Representing Biden Kamala Harris, will debate Vice President Mike Pence on Oct. 7. The last presidential debates will air on Oct. 15 and Oct. 22.
