PUBLIC ALERT: FBI, TSA, CIA bracing for more violence
(The Slie): The level of urgency for public safety has been elevated ahead of the 2020 Presidential inauguration following deadly unrest at the Capitol on January 6.
Chuck Schumer siad on Tuesday that there is concern for possible furutre attacks and insurrectionists at-large who were inside the Capitol are being blocked from air travel to lessen the threat.
"They should be immediatley added to the TSA no-fly list amidst the continued threats," Schumer said.
'These individuals are a threat the the honeland as allowed by the alaw," pointed out the New york senator.
He is getting daily threat asessments. "It is not just a crisis and an emergency. It is a *continuing crisis and emergency. It’s not over yet.”
House Democrats were briefed on Monday about being the target of future threats of violence.
There is a nationwhide manhunt to find individuals who participated in the attempted coup.
On January 5, a day before the Capitol insurrection, FBI personnel warned of "war at the Capitol. "Get ready for War," was a direct quote.
Contradicting initial reports that there was not intelligence about the risk of violence around Trump's rally.
The FBI said they did not have any evidence of the violent plot but were aware of First Amendment rallies.
Public officials and lawmakers are sounding the alarm that the nation could be on the verge of a civil war.
