Asian American Action Fund Endorses President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris

The following is a statement from Biden-Harris 2024 Campaign Manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez following the endorsement of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for reelection by the Asian American Action Fund.

“President Biden and Vice President Harris are honored to have earned the endorsement of the Asian American Action Fund. AANHPI voters across the country are a force, and with this endorsement, we will be stronger in our efforts to beat Donald Trump again this November. Throughout their first term, President Biden and Vice President Harris have fought for and delivered for AANHPI voters: to address the plague of anti-Asian hate fueled by the former president, to make progress on gun violence, in addition to making historic investments into AANHPI small businesses – a backbone of the community.

“All of that is on the line this November: Donald Trump has a long history of openly demonizing Asian Americans, and if he sets foot back in the Oval Office, he’ll put forth a discriminatory and disastrous agenda that would hurt the middle class while helping his billionaire friends. Our campaign knows how pivotal AANHPI voters are in this election, and that is why we are proud to be investing more and earlier than ever in organizing and reaching out to these critical communities. With the help of the Asian American Action Fund, we are confident that AANHPI voters will show up for President Biden and Vice President Harris this November.”
