The Iranian regime was weeks away from developing nuclear weapons and that is why the U.S. intervened in the conflict last Saturday, taking out 3 nuclear sites. Un the first bruefing since the US dripped thise bombs, the press secretary cited that the FBI Director, Iran and the United Nations each agreeably concluded that the destruction was a total obliteration in preliminary reports.
She went on to blame the misreporting on battle damages on CNN saying that the network
"Used" reporter Natasha Bertran.
At the NATO Summit a day earliier Pres. Trump read a report indicating the sites were ruined and said it was especially upsetting that the "fake news" undermined the efforts of the brave pilots who carried out the mission.
Democtats on Capitol Hill argue without a threat of imminent danger against the U.S. Trump was not authorized to act without Congress.
