Pres. Joe Biden is closing in on deciding who the next SCOTUS will be to meet his self imposed end of February deadline.
Pres. Biden met with members of the Senate Judiciary Committee to select the next Supreme Court nominee at the White House on Thursday. The group of 10 lawmakers shared their recommendations with the president. He says that they are in a "deep dive' search for the candidate who will replace retiring justice Stephen Breyer, confirming to NBC's Lester Holt in and interview tat the list has been narrowed down to 4 candidates. The White House is clinching the clues about who Biden top contenders are.

A Kentucky lawmaker's actions imitated the uncivil conduct of citizens fighting over masks at school board meeting and airports and placed workplace harassment in the spotlight in a public dispute mask wearing at the U.S. Capitol.

Joyce Beatty (D-OH), Chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus, said a white Republican colleague cursed at her when she asked him to put on his mask.
She tweeted that Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY), told her to kiss his backside using the expletive and also poked her in her back. All 56 member of the CBC backed Beatty on the steps of the The House demanding an apology, which Rogers granted after being pressured in both a tweet and verbally in the House Chamber.
