Thousands of students have gathered in Washington for the March for Our Lives demonstration in response to the mass killings at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL last month. They are not alone. Their cries for gun control have been heard around the world, attracting millions as citizens in 844 other countries yoke to their message.
