(The Slice): On Tuesday outgoing Pres. Donald Trump pardoned and communted the sentencs of 15 people. Most of the individuals receiving executive clemency were Trump loyalists including two people entangled in special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe that failed to lead to Trump's impeachment. Former Trump campaign Chairman Paul Manafort is noticably absent from the list. It is customary for presidents to grant pardons before vacating office. By Mona Austin After serving three years in prison for fraud and obstruction of justice, former media mogul Conrad Black was granted a full pardon by President Trump on Wednesday. Black, 74 has referred to the president as a friend and praised him in a book he wrote in jail last year, entitled Donald J. Trump: A President Like No Other. Canadian-born British citizen, was the head of a newspaper conglomerate that included the Chicago Sun-Times, the  Daily Telegraph and the Jerusalem Post.   Black said in a tweet he thought it was a prank call when he received a personal call from Trump.
