"My beloved beliebers I'm officially retiring," he wrote. Shortly thereafter he said he would be with his fans "forever." That does not tell us if he is dropping the mic for good and will remain with his followers "in spirit", or if the first tweet was just a publicity tease or true. What we do know is that it's been a rough year for the singer. The "Beleive," documentary that chronicles his world tour by the same name just came out. Many of the moments that gave him a wanna be "bad boy" image are highlighted in the film. This year Bieber had a few brushes with the law at home and abroad.
