By Mona Austin (TSN): Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman's fashion choices have caused a debate about the dress code at the U.S. Capitol. Fetterman has been known to ditch suits to wear hoodies and short pants to work. Fetterman became ungulfed in controversy over professional standards and respect for the Senate when Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer relaxed the dress code. Schumer had changed the rules to honor Fetterman's preference by allowing senators to wear what they choose. Than came the complaints. Seeing that the issue could be further divisive Fetterman decided to wear suits. "If those jagoffs in the House stop trying to shut our government down, and fully support Ukraine, then I will save democracy by wearing a suit on the Senate floor next week," Fetterman said in a press statement last Wednesday.
