Richard and Mildred Loving were arrested and treated as criminals in 1967 when they wed in Virginia, unknowingly violating a local statute that prohibited their union. They fought back and won, changing the course of history for mixed marriages in America. Their story is well documented, but will now be adapted into a major motion picture. "Loving" centers around the interracial couple who resided in Virginia in the 1950s, and the landmark 1967 Supreme Court case ‘Loving v.
