Did she do this on purpose? (TSN): A sprinter participating in a Virginia high school championship track meet went viral for striking a fellow runner in the head with a baton mid-race. The video showed an indoor race being held at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA where a 4x200 relay was underway when junior Kaelen Tucker is in second place. Alaila Everett, advances behind her and smacks Tucker on the back of her head with a baton. Holding the back of her head she fell off the track. Everett tearfully responded saying it was an accident. Tucker suffered a concussion and her mother says she did not receive an apology and the opposing team did not reach out.
