FINAL WORDS: "I didn't even Do nothing," Sam Dubose A Cincinnati grand jury has determined the actions of a campus police officer during a routine traffic stop that left a man dead were not justified. On July 19, University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing pulled over Samuel Dubose, 43 for a missing license tag. Video from a body cam worn by Officer Tensing shows a less than 2-minute verbal exchange quickly came to a tragic end with a single fatal shot to Dubose's head. Mr. Dubose died instantly in the front seat of his car. Today, a day after Dubose was laid to rest, Prosecutor Joe Deters announced in a press conference at city hall the Hamilton county grand jury indicted Tensing on murder charges.
