VIDEO: "Mirror" by Justin Timberlake

buzzz worthy. . .

Upon his return Timberlake is ready to re-dominate the Pop world and has definitely brought sexy back -- this time is a more grown up sultry way.

On Tuesday (March 19) Justin Timberlake released "the 20/20 Experience," his first recording since 2006.  JT wore the stage out in  a preview of the material at the Grammys in a collaboration with Jay Z on the "Suit and Tie" single, which was a throwback to his last album and 1970s showmanship.  In this performance he was able to show he still had vocal ability and that his swag had not dissolved during the hiatus, as well as capture our interest in the new album.  That plan worked. An early forecast  indicates the record is going to surpass his previous record sales with Nielson BDS projecting over 750,000 by the end of this week according to Billboard.  The marketing and promotions plans for 20/20 were in full focus, offering the record exclusively at Target stacked with the new music video for "Mirror," which gave fans more of JT to love.

"Mirror" is a beautifully shot 8-minute long video that  starts out with calming strings and simmers into a mid-tempo infusion of Hip-Hop, Pop and R&B.  The song is about a couple growing together and continuing to be one over a lifetime. Unless you're MJ, eight minutes is long for a video, but the creativity and lyrical story in "Mirror" captivate until the end.

What's not the love about JT and his more mature suave look and sound? ( He has shed the curls ad opted for a more Sinatra-like hairdo.) Click here to read a review of the whole album that finds fault with almost every aspect of it.
