GREELEAF SEASON 5, EPISODE 3 airs tonight on OWN.   In this episode new challenges will be in front of Bishop and Lady Mae’s dream of establishing a new church. Meanwhile, Jacob discovers something very interesting about the mansion.Here's a quick recap of the second episode to catch you up. . .

- AJ did not die form his suicide attempt, but does not want to see either of his parents.  That will change tonight as he shares a secret with his mom, Grace. 

- Bishop is getting very forgetful.  He did not recall he and Lady Mae' re-marriage details.  Perhaps loss of memory setting in as a side effect from his heart attack? Or dimentia?

- Lady Mae decided against remodeling her sister's old club into their new church and opted to  tear it down and build it up again.

-  Not all of the Greeleaf skeleton have been kept in the closet.  Cal Weaver revealed  to Grace the name of the company is Eden Vale Lending.

The beneficiary in Mrs. Davis’ will is Darryl James.  

The episode ended with the news  that Basie is dead. death.  Is he really dead ans if so who killed him?  The mob or a hitman?

Winans, Sr. has wed his long time girlfriend Deneen R. Carter. Carter is a 57-year-old physical therapist and minister at Perfecting Church in Detroit, founded by Winans. Little is known about the bride publicly. The gospel legend introduced the now Mrs. Winans as his fiance to the congregants of Perfecting in October of 2021. The couple had been in a relationship for 15 years. Pastor Winans was previously married to fellow gospel singer Vicki Winans (with whom he has two sons) for 16 years before they divorced in 1995.
