Big Freedia is back for season 6 and a new single on Fuse TV

With a new name and double the episode length, Big Freedia Bounces Back (formerly Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce) returns Tuesday, September 12 at 10pm for a sixth season featuring 8 hour-long episodes - that's double the drama, double the ass shaking, double the Diva.

Last season, viewers were left wondering 'what will happen next?' as they saw a rollercoaster of highs and lows in Freedia's professional and personal life: the "Queen of Bounce" got into formation with the other Queen B - Beyoncé; Freedia landed a new manager and thus a new career in film; and she continued to shine as a mentor in the ever-changing lives of her professional dancers. Eventually a more dramatic chapter in her life emerged as she battled Mississippi anti-twerking laws and the more serious charge of federal housing violations.  

Fans have followed Freedia's journey across several seasons. When the series returns, Freedia will allow cameras in for a closer, extended look at her journey to renew and reinvent herself as her story continues to unfold.

In anticipation of the show's return, the Queen Diva has enlisted Cash Money Records producer and hip-hop legend Mannie Fresh for a hot, new single "Dive On That B*tch". The duo is also dropping a Bounce Back mixtape later this week. Check out the link below to listen to the new single.
