Meyerson Symphony Center with the families of the fallen police officers and members of the Dallas community. First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden will accompany their spouses. The White House said the Obamas and Bidens will also visit the victims' families. President and Mrs. George W. Bush will also attend, and President Bush will deliver brief remarks. Obama cut his first trip to Spain short in reply to the invitation from Dallas Mayor Rawlings. Critics has condemned Obama for not visiting Baton Rouge or the St. Paul Minnesota area following the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castille, respectively.
