A federal judge's ruling to stop the detention of asylum-seekers until they have been processed in to the U.S. is only going to make security matters worse at the U.S./Mexico border  according to a press statement from Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham.  Grisham swiftly criticized U.S. Judge Marsha Pechman for protections that would prevent would-be citizen from being jailed and  said it was unconstitutional to detain them, saying, "The court's injunction is at war with the rule of law."
