Miley Strikes Again at MTV EMA's
buzzz worthy. . . Apparently, neither Miley Cyrus nor the MTV Network will stop funneling outrageous behavior to the viewing masses until fans get enough. Had there been an award for most gawk-worthy behavior at the recent MTV Europe Music Awards, Cyrus would have definitely won it. Sunday night at the EMA's (Europe Music Awards) in Amsterdam she delivered more provocative antics on stage. During the show's opening she sang "We Can't Stop" and twerked with a small person. They both tapped each other on the rear at some point in the routine and Miley grabbed a handful of the small dancer's breast . Allegedly Cyrus smoked pot as she accepted her first-ever EMA in the best video category for “Wrecking Ball.” She opened up her Chanel bag, pulled out what looked like a joint and lit up and took a puff right on stage.
