Joe Biden delivered a speech on Tuesday hoping to restore domestic peace on college campuses and on battlegrounds in the Middle East. Speaking in Emancipation Hall at the U.S. Capitol on the occasion of Holocaust Remembrance Day, he concentrated on the discrimination against Jews then and now and the importance of never forgetting the pain and loss of the Holocaust. It was one of many times the 46th president condemned the anti-Semetism that millions of Jews continue to endure. Long before today, Pres. Biden signed and Executive Order condemning Jewish hatred in America. A group of youth lit standing candles to remember the deceased and survivors.
