Ruth Bader Ginsburrg has died at 87
After serving over27 year on the Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away from a battle with pancreatic cancer on Friday September 18. In a statement Chief Justice John Roberts confirmend her passing and described Ginsburg as a "jurist of historic nature" and he and his colleagues at the Supreme Court "have lost a cherished colleague." "Today we mourn, but with confidence that future generations will remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg as we knew her — a tireless and resolute champion of justice."
