Godspeed to all my former colleagues. — Donna Brazile (@donnabrazile) October 31, 2016 On Oct. 14, long-time CNN commentator and interim DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile "resigned" following claims that she leaked questions from an email hack to democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton before a primary debate that aired on the network. Brazile denied the accusations that were first exposed nationally by FOX NEWS show host Megyn Kelly of the "Kelly Files." Democratic politicos speculate that the bombshell claim came from someone in Clinton rival Donald Trump's campaign. For Trump, the dismissal from CNN is not enough. By Mona Austin At the top of DNC Convention week, DNC Chairperson Deb Wasserman Shultz resigned on Sunday.  Unable to get a handle on leaked emails of party leaders, she bowed to pressure to leave. Senator Bernie Sanders and his supporters for months called for her resignation after an  email hack revealed Shultz and many party leaders had  a bias in favor of his then opponent, Hillary Clinton.  Shultz,a Florida Democrat said in a statement she will finish her tenure at the end of the convention. However, due to opposition at the breakfast of the Florida delegation this morning and from others within the party her job is over.
