By Mona Austin Can Joe Biden "carry the ball all the way across the end line without fumbling" for Democrats? Corey Booker ended the third Democratic debate on ABC Thursday night posing this question. The NJ Senator said he had been concerned about his presidential opponent fumbling for years before he ran against him. In a post-debate interview he said it is a factor that could prevent the Democrats from defeating Pres. Donald Trump in 2020. This question stemmed form Julian Castro questioning former VP Biden's memory. From the audience reaction (sighs and boos) his attack was considered a low blow. Castro claimed that Biden forgot her said that signing up for the ACA was mandatory. Castro actually got it wrong on both fronts. His debate tactic backfired and he was factually incorrect.
