Since there has been a more concentrated number of artists tipping and dipping outside of their primary genres by way of musical collaborations over the years, it should not come as a complete surprise that Hip Hop star Nelly is doing a rap country album., AKA Hick Hop. His first album released in 2000 was entitled "Country Grammar," suggesting Nelly knew soething about rural life. He infused a Southern twang or drawl into the music that put him on the map. That year, showing his interest in country was authentic he collaborated with Tim McGraw on "Over and Over," a genre-bending collaboration.
