The legendary R&B group, The Whispers, are making their first appearance on Black Entertainment Television’s (BET) “Bobby Jones Gospel” program on Sunday, January 24, 2010 @ 9 AM. They will perform songs from their first gospel/inspirational CD, Thankful (Kingdom Records). The Top 10 CD has been winning over gospel and Urban AC radio programmers. Michael Tee at WXST in Charleston says, “It’s Gospel meets Quiet Storm” while Skip Dillard at New York’s WBLS says, “[For Thou Art With Me] is a really nice song.
