buzzz worthy. . . O.J Simpson is back in court seeking a new trial. This time he is pleading to a judge to re-try the case an armed robbery case for which he has already served 4 years of a 33-year sentence on armed robbery charges in 2007. Simpson and a group of friends forcefully confronted sport memorabilia dealers in a Vegas hotel to seize dome of his most prized possessions he'd earned as a football star. In court today the Heisman trophy winner said he was misled by Yale Galanter, the attorney he had at the time of the conviction. Simpson testified that Galanter told him he was within his rights to take back property he believed had been stolen from him, "so long as there would be no trespass and no physical force used against the persons with the property." He also asserts the case should be re-tried because the former attorney never told him there would be consequences if he attempted to take back property that was no longer his....
