buzzz worthy. . . The Arsenio Hall show has been canceled after one season. The late night talk show host was unable to return the show to its 1990's glory. Hall was given a second chance after spending nearly 20 years off air, but not a second season to build its audience. CBS planned to run the program for a second season, but local stations were pushing it into later time slots and ratings were already low according the the Associate Press. In a statement Hall said "I'm gratified for the year we've had and proud of the show we created," the actor and comedian added. There was no dearth of late night shows on network or cable television when Hall returned to the television market. Fallon, Kimmel, Stewart, Colbert (although is leaving to fill the "Late Show" slot on CBS next year) all had loyal followers. So did Hall, but he did not have enough of them.
