Chaka Khan Following Patti Labelle's participation last year, "Dancing With the Stars" has cast another R&B legend for it upcoming season.  When season 21 premieres on MONDAY  SEPT 14 8|7c  on ABC, Chaka Khan will be competing for the mirror ball trophy. The "I'm Every Woman Singer" excitedly confirmed her participation online last week on Instagram asking fans for their support early on.. Her pro dance partner is Keyo Mostepe.  Head judge Len Goodman, who has judged the dance competition from the start, will not be returning this season.   Bruno Tonioli , Carrie Ann Inaba and Julianne Hough , will be supported by various guest judges. buzzz worthy. . . "Dancing With the Stars" (DWTS) has announced its returning cast, including the first African member, a Latin  b allroom dancer from  South Africa, Keoinkantse Motsepe (Keo). The talented dancer will be paired with runner  Lolo Jones.   "One of my dreams was to be in Dancing with the Stars," Keo said.   Keo replaces Max ( Maksim Chmerkovskiy) who left the  celebrity dancing competition following a win with Olympic Ice-Skating champ Meryl Davis last season. Reports say Max has taken a job as a judge on the Indian version of the show. DWTS has also added more color to the stars that were caste in its 19th season as actor Alphonso Ribiero and talk show host Tavis Smiley join the show.
