Today Pres. Trump wrote a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi informing her he will proceed with the State of the State of the Union Address, which she previously cancelled contingent on the government re-opening without Congressional approval to build a wall. Pelosi continues to maintain her position on the issue and has rejected to letter.
