Bill Pickett Rodeo rides for a purpose, kicking off season on MLK Day
Saddle up for the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo at the MLK Jr. Rodeo of Champions on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 6:00 pm taking place at the National Western Stock Show located at the Denver Coliseum 4600 Humboldt St., Denver CO 80216. The Annual MLK, Jr. African American Heritage Rodeo of Champions features African American Champions and African American cowboys and cowgirls who have qualified for the finals of the NFR, IFR, PBR and BPFR. The concept is to include participation by all African American Champion Cowboys from the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA), International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA), and the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo (BPIR) who have attended either the National Finals Rodeo (NFR), International Finals Rodeo (IFR), Professional Bull Riders (PBR) or the Bill Pickett Championship Finals Rodeo (BPFR).
