The 51st annual  NAACP Image Awards  is will announce winners from fan votes  in a 2-hour special airing  on Saturday, February 22, 2020 on BET at 8/7c.  The show is distinguished by honoring African American talent representing the  breadth of entertainment from acting and music to literature and sports. For the seventh consecutive year, 5-time 8image Award winner   Anthony Anderson will serve as host. Simultaneously, the show will recognize the 40th anniversary of BET Networks.  Netflix Leads with 30 Nominations in the Television Categories, Universal Pictures Leads with 15 Nominations in the Motion Picture Categories.
