Mueller probe is over, search for collusion is not under Schiff's leadership
By Mona Austin The two-year investigation conducted by Special Council Robert Mueller concluded last Friday, but for Democrats the search for the truth has only just begun. The Mueller report found there was no collusion on the part of Pres. Trump related to Russia's inteference in the 2016 election. Pres. Trump is declaring victory over what he calls a witch hunt, tweeting: "No collusion, no obstruction. Complete and total exoneration. Keep America Great." In the report, Mueller did not spell out that the president is exonerated, leaving room for interpretation. Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff (D-CA) contradicted Mueller's findings saying he believes there is evidence of collusion and along with all members of the House said the report should be released.
