The U.S. State Department has issued its highest travel advisory banning travel to China in light of the person-to-person spread of the Coronavirus. The new case of the spread in the U.S. being directly spread to another person caused a higher level of concern. The World Health Organization has declared China is under a global health emergency. The death toll form the outbreak is 213 and more than 9,709 cases are confirmed worldwide. Flights have been stopped both to and from mainland China.
