In an early morning report TMZ said Quincy Jones was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital for chest pains. The 82-year-old music impresario's publicist later emailed the Associated Press stating Jones was hospitalized for observation following breathing problems on Thursday and he was doing fine. According to the statement, Jones was not admitted for chest pains as initially reported. A Tweet that appears be Jones himself quelled fans fears, clarifying he'd experienced shortness of "but all is good." As a producer an music arranger, Jones has worked with music greats like Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles. The Tweet ended with the words, "Still much to do. God bless," followed by a red heart.
