Worship artist Mike Lee proves to be a fighter in more ways than one

buzzz worthy. . .   (NASHVILLE, Tennessee)  -- After a tumultuous year filled with life changes and challenges, worship leader and mixed martial arts trainer Mike Lee is ready to move forward. With five new singles set for release and an exciting new role with Creation Fest, Mike is proving to be much more than just another contender. Mikes latest album,  All I Need , was recently named in  CCM Magazine s Top 10 Albums of 2015. That album captured quiet moments from a difficult season for Mike, in which his father was diagnosed with lung cancer. For a year and a half, while balancing family, recording, touring and leading worship at his home church in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mike walked with his father though his cancer fight. Then, in July, Mike's father passed away. (FORT WAYNE, IN) -- Just a year after releasing his critically heralded national debut Awakening Hearts , worship artist Mike Lee returns June 16th with his brand new studio release, All I Need . Produced by Cody Norris, Scott Cash and Ed Cash (whose Dove Award-winning collaborations include Chris Tomlin, David Crowder and Kari Jobe), the new EP is a more stripped-down collection than his band-driven debut, providing a glimpse into his artistic, personal and spiritual growth. All I Need captures a tumultuous time for Lee, who spent the last year balancing touring and leading worship at his home church in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his job as a mixed martial arts trainer, in addition to newfound fatherhood and a life-changing diagnosis for his own father.
