(TSN): This week gas prices fell to their lowest point all year. AAA quoted the cost of gas at just over $3 per gallon. That's over 30 cents less than the per gallon cost at the same time a year ago. More than half of the fuek stoos are selling gas for less than $3. At this rate the national average is expected to drop by tge end of the year AAA says. According to USA Today, "Experts expect the downward trend to continue because of an expected 7% cut in gas consumption this winter as a warmer winter brought by the El Niño weather pattern cuts demand for heat." 1
