Using the same formula as other tarnished public figures, Long walked onto the stage with his first lady by his side while the church welcomed him chanting, "We love you Bishop." Long  told his members he  first and foremost had a responsibility to his family and them, but would be remiss if he did not address "the world." "I've been accused, I'm under attack. In less than 24 hours, Bishop Eddie Long of New Birth Cathedral in Lithonia, GA--who is being sued for manipulating spiritual authority while engaging in sexual acts with at least four young congregants--will return to the pulpit to address his church family.  What will he say?  CNN Contributor Roland Martin thinks it's imperative that Long should address the issue and step down.  Unconfirmed internet reports says he is expected to step down and that up to thirty other men, possibly ore have contact the accusers' attorney BJ Berstein to sue Long for the same thing.  Although the embattled Bishop has only communicated in a statement he categorically denies all of the allegations.
