Contestants in the Miss USA Pageant are getting a dose of Northern Louisiana hospitality in Shreveport. The current Miss USA will surrender her crown tonight in the "Port City" when 50 contestants compete for the title live on FOX. H osted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, the event is being held at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum. Reigning Miss Louisiana, Lauren Vizza will represent both her hometown and state in the pageant.
