Defendants allegedly conspired to illegally supply military-grade weaponry to Mexican Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Peter Dimitrov Mirchev appeared in federal court today following his extradition from Spain to face charges of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to possess firearms, including machineguns and destructive devices, in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Kenyan national Elisha Odhiambo Asumo was extradited from Morrocco to the United States on March 11 and appeared in U.S. federal court in the Eastern District of Virginia on March 12.
